Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday).

NORTH AMERICA - FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

All North American orders (Canada & U.S.A) use Canada Post’s delivery standard is 2 - 9 business days in Canada & U.S. All orders shipped come with tracking. Express shipping is also offered at checkout which should approximately arrive in 2 - 4 business days.

Standard (2 - 10 Business Days) - $10
Express (2 - 4 Business Days) - $25

REST OF WORLD - FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

All international orders use Canada Post’s International. Canada Post’s international delivery standard is 7 - 21 business days. All orders shipped come with tracking. 

Tracked Packet International (7 - 21 Business Days) - $35

HOW DO I CHECK STATUS OF ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@fumee.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

DUTIES

Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you. You will be contacted by your local shipping carrier directly if there are any duties or fees that require payment; however, we advise that you follow the tracking information closely in case there are any updates regarding customs clearance.

Due to the nature of the garments, all orders are final sale.
